Online psychologist in Greenwich
HCPC-registered clinical psychologists offering evidence-based online therapy to adults in Greenwich and south east London, by secure video, with no GP referral needed.

Getting to a weekly appointment is harder than it sounds once work, the school run or a Southeastern delay gets involved. We built this practice around adults in Greenwich and south east London who want a clinical psychologist without the logistics: every session runs on secure video, doctoral-trained clinicians throughout, and no GP letter needed to start.
Who you’ll be working with
Every psychologist on our team holds HCPC registration, the mandatory bar for practising clinical psychology in this country, reached only after years of doctoral study in assessment and treatment. That standard applies to everyone we work with, without exception. Our practice is built for adults; anyone under 18 is better served by an NHS or school-linked service, and we’ll say so plainly if you’re not the right fit.
What brings people to us
Anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, health anxiety, stress and burnout, PTSD and other trauma, and perinatal difficulties account for most of the referrals we see. Rather than fitting you to a pre-set label, your first conversation is an open assessment: what’s going on, what’s been tried already, and what a realistic plan looks like. The expertise pages cover each of these areas in more depth.
The treatment itself draws on a defined set of methods rather than whatever a given psychologist happens to favour: CBT, EMDR, ACT, compassion-focused therapy, schema therapy and trauma-focused CBT. NICE guidance often points towards one of these ahead of the others for a given difficulty, and your psychologist will tell you why a particular approach has been suggested rather than leaving you to take it on trust. The full list, with the evidence behind each one, sits on our therapies pages.
Why this suits Greenwich
Between the DLR to Cutty Sark, Southeastern trains through Maze Hill, and a stretch of the day that might take in Greenwich Park, Blackheath or a walk down to the market, plenty of people here already spend enough time in transit. Sessions run wherever you happen to be that week, cutting out the extra half hour that a fixed appointment across SE10, Charlton, Deptford, Lewisham or New Cross would otherwise cost you.
What starting looks like
A short questionnaire is the first step: what’s brought you to us, and roughly how things stand at the moment. A clinician on our team reads it and pairs you with whichever psychologist fits best, then it settles into a normal rhythm, an initial assessment, a shared read on what’s happening, a plan you’ve both agreed to, and check-ins along the way to see whether it’s working. How we work walks through each stage.
Each appointment lasts 50 minutes and needs nothing beyond a private room and a reasonable connection; a link arrives ahead of time. Your psychologist might set something to try before the next one, though the pace and the content of that stays a joint decision throughout.
Working online
Every session we offer runs online, over secure video, for adults across Greenwich and south east London. We will update this site as the practice develops.
