Terms and conditions

The Greenwich Psychologists are how Thriving Minds Collective Ltd (Company No. 16358249) trades online. What follows applies the moment you use this site or book a session with us, and if any part of it is a problem for you, the site and our services aren’t the right fit.
What this site is, and isn’t
Treat this as background reading rather than a substitute for talking to a psychologist directly. Nothing here amounts to clinical advice aimed at your specific situation, and while we keep the site up to date as best we can, we can’t promise it’s always available or that content won’t change without warning.
Adults only
We take on clients aged 18 and above. Anyone younger needs support through NHS or specialist child and adolescent services, and we’ll point that out rather than take on work outside our remit.
If you’re in crisis
Our service is built around planned, ongoing sessions, which isn’t the same thing as urgent help. An immediate risk to your safety needs faster support than we can give: call 999, speak to your GP, or ring the Samaritans free on 116 123.
The shape of a session
Fifty minutes over secure video with an HCPC-registered psychologist, at £130, paid up front by card or transfer, is the standard arrangement, and there’s no introductory session offered free of charge. Give us 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel; less than that and you may still be charged in full, since the appointment had already been reserved for you specifically.
Making the session work on your end means finding somewhere private to take the call and having a connection you can rely on, and being straightforward with your psychologist about what’s actually going on so they can help properly.
Who’s providing the therapy
Each psychologist here is HCPC-registered and bound by its code of conduct, performance and ethics standards. You’re free to check anyone’s registration yourself at hcpc-uk.org.
What you can do with our content
Text, images and the design of this site belong either to us or to someone who’s licensed them to us for use, and copyright protects all of it. Reading or sharing a page for personal reasons is fine; using our content commercially or putting it up elsewhere isn’t, unless we’ve agreed to it first.
Where our liability ends
Whatever’s written here is general in nature and doesn’t stand in for guidance from your GP or your own psychologist. To the extent the law allows it, we won’t be responsible for loss connected to your use of this website, and our liability tied to the therapy service itself is capped at whatever you’ve paid in fees. That cap doesn’t apply anywhere the law forbids limiting liability, such as negligence causing death or personal injury.
Links elsewhere
Where we link out to other sites, that’s purely for your convenience. What’s on them isn’t ours to answer for, and a link shouldn’t be read as us vouching for the destination.
Jurisdiction
England and Wales law governs this agreement, and any dispute arising from it belongs in the courts of England and Wales.
If these terms change
We reserve the right to revise these terms and will post updates here as they happen. Carrying on with the site or our services afterwards counts as accepting whatever’s changed.
Send questions about any of this to [email protected].
